OF COUNSEL ALAN EICHENBAUM, ESQUIRE Alan Eichenbaum has an employment and benefits general civil law practice in Plantation. Mr. Eichenbaum's of-counsel relationship with Klausner & Kaufman, P. A. focuses in the area of litigation counseling and pension law. Mr. Eichenbaum is a sole practitioner and a member of The Florida Bar. Mr. Eichenbaum has been a certified family mediator since 1994. He has been engaged in the private practice of law, specializing primarily in the areas of labor and employment law in both the public and private sectors and representation of employee pension funds, including multi-employer funds. He has extensive experience in litigation of matters arising under ERISA.
